Information

A person belonging to any of the miniscule humanoid races from the Pikmin series who has been sucked up by a Pikmin Onion and spat back out, their face now covered in leaves, and with a sprout on their head similar to those of Pikmin. This allows them to photosynthesize, but their minds are, ah, altered; they usually speak only a few words at a time with many ellipses, and they seem to become obsessed with the concept of Dandori, to the point where a sufficiently impressive display of it will cause them to faint. They can technically command Pikmin squads, but few are actually seen doing so. A Leafling can be returned to their pre-Pikminized self using medicine made from Glow Sap, which Lumiknolls (the equivalents of Onions for Glow Pikmin) eject if they survive until the end of a night. There will seemingly be no ill effects after this, but the whole process is still very mysterious.
