The eggshell-covered Koopa who holds a personal grudge against Mario and repeatedly antagonizes him throughout the first Paper Mario game. In each subsequent fight, he gains a new ability. A photograph in the second game reveals that he's still searching for another rematch. This first fight, however, is a cinch.
