A Hyper Goomba fused with a Bulky Bob-Omb. What happens here is that the Hyper Goomba's more potent charging ability replaces the Bulky Bob-Omb's, making the overall final explosion even stronger. It will still generally go through the whole sequence of power-ups first, so you've got plenty of time to defeat it or shield yourself, but if you miscalculate it's going to hurt.
