Information

A Blue Koopa fused with a Spike Top. The Blue Koopa is the one to which I gave psychic attacks, so the fusion can do those, and also benefits from the Spike Top's tougher shell. Its Attack is slightly lower than that of the Orange Spike Top Troopa since the Blue Koopa only has 1 point of Attack, but the Spike Top has 1 more point than a non-spiked Buzzy Beetle, so I guess it kind of evens out.
