Ammo: Arrows, Venin Arrows, Fire Arrows, Ice Arrows, Shock Arrows, Keese Arrows,
Fire Keese Arrows, Ice Keese Arrows, Electric Keese Arrows, Ancient Arrows, Laguz Arrows,
Knifereavers, Exploding Arrows, Rope Arrows, Dragonscale Arrows
Information: A basic bow that's not too hard to use. Any type of arrow fired from
this bow will deal 4 damage, unless the type of arrow itself specifies that it overrules this. In
order to carry lots of arrows, you'll need another item called a
Quiver, which is equipped separately from the
bow, and quivers of different sizes can hold different numbers of arrows, though any type of
arrow can occupy one of the quiver's slots. Once you train your Weapon Level up and find a
stronger bow, the same quiver and arrows can then be used with that bow, and the arrows will deal
more damage when fired from it. Regardless of bows or arrows used, they'll always do +2 damage to
flying characters.

Name: Slingshot
Type: Projectile
Subtype: Bow
Level: E
Element: Earth
Ailment: None
Power: 3 (+2 to flying)
Hits: 1
Ammo: 1 (Pebble)
Information: A slingshot that fires pebbles. Since pebbles can't be stored in a
Quiver, you'll have to keep them in your regular item inventory, limiting how many can be carried;
however, since they are just pebbles, if you run out of them, it's possible to spend your turn in
battle looking for a new one, which counts as a permutation of picking up a discarded item, and
will always succeed in environments where pebbles would be found, even if nobody actually
discarded one. Finding a new pebble like this uses up your turn, but unlike with Bazooka-type
weapons, you can load a pebble into a Slingshot and fire it all in the same turn. By training
with a Slingshot, you'll build your Bow-type weapon level, and eventually be able to use bows and
arrows.
