Information
A mustachioed wizard covered head to toe in purple robes; he lives in Toad Town in a house with a spinning roof. He is known as a local soothsayer, but also for his mysterious habits, often locking himself in his house for long periods or going on long trips. His descriptions of his predictions are usually very long-winded. He belongs to a secretive tribe which names its members based on their mystical abilities, so he is one of many Merlons.
