Sound Effect Badges
These are a silly little holdover from Paper Mario that really doesn't make any sense in tabletop form. If Mario wore one of these, then whenever he attacked in battle or used his hammer in the field, a certain extra sound effect would play based on the badge. I would've left these out of Arpeggio, except that memorably, the first chapter of Paper Mario 2 involves a situation where one of these badges actually becomes more than aesthetic—and potentially vital. Feel free to do something like that, and of course to make tons of additional types of sound effects badges that I've failed to come up with.
- Sound FX (Bells) ~ BP: 0
The Maestro must indicate bell sound effects whenever the wearer attacks.
If worn with other Sound FX badges, only one type of sound will occur per hit, randomized between the types worn. - Sound FX (Horn) ~ BP: 0
