Information
A giant Red Koopa who uses his strength to impose 100-coin tolls on passersby heading toward Koopa Village. While his power is genuine, he has two crippling weaknesses: extreme susceptibility to Sleep and a tail that sticks just far enough out of his shell that it loses the defensive armor bonus. Send him to dream land and target the tail and you'll face zero resistance. Because of this, it might be best not to tell players about these weaknesses in so many words. "Kent C." seems to be a pun on "can't see," as he wears large glasses.
Notes
- ~Attacks specifically directed to target his tail will be unaffected by his shell's defensive bonus, dealing full damage
- ~Sleep-inducing abilities will never miss Kent C. as long as they would normally have had more than a 0% chance to hit
- ~Kent C. will never be woken up by taking damage while asleep, always snoozing for the full number of turns
