Information

A purple tub of blubber of a Clubba who was put in charge of guarding the third Star Spirit. By extracting his heart from his body and using the Star Rod to keep the body alive, Bowser effectively made Tubba completely invincible until Mario located the heart's hiding place. In his invincible state, he's so impenetrable that even ghosts are unable to phase through his skin, allowing him to make a light snack out of a Boo. Fun fact: when I first played Paper Mario, I didn't understand the pun, so I pronounced his name "tooba blooba."

• ~While his heart is outside his body, the body is immune to all damage and Status Problems; when the heart and body are reunited, he's normally vulnerable
