Information
The pharaoh-like Koopa whom Bowser put in charge of Dry Dry Ruins during the original Paper Mario. He focuses on intimidating potential opponents with a haunting shtick because when it comes down to it he's not very strong. He keeps Chomps as pets, and tosses fake Buzzy Shells as projectiles.
Notes
- Tutankoopa is perched on a platform in the corner of the room with a height of 5; this platform is so small that only one person can fit on it at a time. As such the players can't simply jump up there and stand there with him, but he's not actually airborne and will be affected by earthquakes and such. If he is stricken by a misfired Ruination, Tutankoopa will fall off of the platform and onto the ground where anyone can reach him, but at the beginning of the next Enemy Phase he will raise himself back onto the platform without using up his turn. I gave him 9 Platform because of the floating particle thingy that he does in his opening cutscene, but he doesn't fly in battle.
