Information

A nerdy, pixely-yet-3D chameleon who somehow owns a huge fort in the Bitlands. Since he has no offline friends, he fills it with cat-themed robot servants. Chapter 3 of Super Paper Mario revolved around Francis kidnapping Tippi, and featured a memorable sequence where Princess Peach had to go through a parody dating sim of Francis's invention. The lizard's verbal tics include "nerr" and "hi-technicaaaaal," and his website of choice is called digibutter.nerr. It's possible for Francis to be fought again later in Castle Bleck, but he still has the same stats. He later creates a robotic duplicate of Tippi called Tiptron, which Mario can buy off of him to replace Tippi for postgame exploits.
