Originally, the Broodmother had 2 Attack as well as Empowering Midges by 2, but it itself didn't count as a Midge. I assume this to be because there's only one type of Midge, as opposed to several types of Seedlings or Fungi or what have you, so Moonsprout thought it might be confusing to count the Broodmother as a Midge when that's an individual type of enemy rather than a wider category. As such, the way I've written it here, counting it as a Midge, achieves the same mathematical effect, but my inclusion of the "Type" field theoretically clears up any uncertainty. If you prefer the original format, go ahead and use that.
