Information
A bird enemy from the Sand Zone. Though called a crow, it looks more like a parrot. Some Crows appear carrying Skullheads in their talons, while others are merely fluttering in place, but either way, once antagonized, they'll begin chasing you and won't give up. When Crows carry Skullheads, the Skullheads throw bones to attack from a distance.
Notes
- ~Flying
- ~A Crow may begin battle holding a Skullhead, which is simply considered a use of the Strength field stat. In this state, both the Crow and the Skullhead get an action each turn, but the Skullhead (as noted on its sheet) gains an extra bone-throwing attack that it can't perform when not held by a Crow. Since the Crow is flying, the Skullhead also counts as flying while carried, requiring melee attackers to match the Crow's Platform stat in order to hit. If a Crow and a Skullhead both exist separately in the same battle, a Crow may use its turn to pick up a Skullhead and enter their semi-joined state. While a Crow is holding a Skullhead, if either is defeated while the other remains alive, nothing particularly happens to the other except for the Skullhead losing access to its bone-throwing attack and flying status. The Skullhead may take Long Fall damage from being dropped, but I would generally not bother.
