Information
A strange little blue critter with floppy dog ears and a mouth positioned above its eyes; it balances on a metallic point on its underside like a spinning top. It never spins from side to side, instead generally remaining in the same spot, but periodically jumps up in order to spawn blocks underneath itself to build a wall. In its 2D games of origin, this would prevent the player from moving forward until the Gyrricade drilled down and destroyed the wall, but since Arpeggiated games generally take place in a 3D (if not directly visible) environment, it wouldn't be much of an obstacle in that sense. Instead, its destruction of the wall causes an earthquake that deals damage in battle, which being an earthquake can even hit Underground opponents.
Notes
- Gyrricades are technically capable of flying, and count as flying whenever they're waiting in the air above their towers, though this flight can't be taken away by removing Status Benefits. At other times, they remain on the ground and will be hit by earthquakes and the like, but they can move between elevation levels. When on the ground, anyone can use melee attacks on them, but when flying, they count as being at a height of 6, and require as much Platform to reach.
