A purple penguin with a plain white belly. It steals items and then runs away in fear, but sometimes it appears armed with some kind of gun, in which case it's more likely to stay and fight. Amongst its puffin communities, it's subject to prejudice from the Star-Bellied Puffins, even though there is no practical difference between the two.
