Information
A Volitan that has matured for a few years, causing the plant bit to poke through the bottom of the scandium shell, revealing a mouth that opens when it spits bullets. Due to this, it counted as properly Plant Elemental in Dr. Zeus, so I've given it Elemental Modifiers here. It's significantly stronger than a Volitan, and more straightforward than a Tornarricade or a Nip.
