Information
The Grass starter from Gen II, somewhat infamous for being the tough choice due to Grass's plethora of weaknesses in the Pokémon mechanics including the types of several of the early Gyms in Johto. Like all three Gen II starters, it remains a single type through all three evolutionary stages. Ironically, in Arpeggio terms, it gets ahead at this low starting level by learning Razor Leaf, a bit of a stronger move that's even multitarget, as well as Poisonpowder despite not being part Poison-type like its predecessor Bulbasaur.
Notes
- ~When in the Danger Zone, its Plant-type attacks deal +2 damage
