Information

An artistic beagle Pokémon with a paintbrush for a tail. It only learns one attack: Sketch, which allows it to permanently learn the opponents' attacks mid-battle. It can therefore acquire any attack, but its actual stats are quite poor, so it'll do better to copy status moves or other tricky things than direct damagers. This being a wild Smeargle, it hasn't Sketched anything yet.

Notes

• ~Each individual Smeargle will have either Own Tempo or Technician, with a 50/50 chance of each. Own Tempo makes it immune to Confusion, and Technician gives a +2 boost to moves that, before defenses and other boosts, are set to do 6 damage or less.
