Information
According to Death Battle, the best Kanto starter. To reference the whole turtle shell defense theme, I've given it a point of Defense Power, and to obey the Arpeggio player character restrictions, I've then only given it two special attacks (it would've only gotten something like Withdraw or Bubble anyway). Conceivably, you could instead treat the shell as armor like I've done with Koopas, but Koopas have been seen taking their shells off, which I don't think is the case for Squirtle.
