Information

A bizarre Psychic-type Pokémon that amounts to a blue punching bag. It only knows moves that allow it to retaliate after being damaged; it can't attack straightforwardly. Team Rocket rather reluctantly lugged one of these around in the anime. Some theorize that its pitch black tail, which has two eyes, is the real Pokémon, and the blue punching bag is just a decoy.
