Information
A fusion of a PSI Guy, an Ice Snifit, and a Boss Bandit. This is like the Cold Masked Menace but with a PSI Guy instead of a Spy Guy, and thus it has a lot of psychic attacks in addition to the Snifit's ice and the Bandit's thievery. It can potentially use various weapons, and gets healed by ice attacks.
