Information
A fusion of a Dark Koopa and a Speedy Spike Top. The Speedy Spike Top has mostly the same stats as a normal Spike Top, but gets two actions every turn, while in contrast the Dark Koopa is notably stronger than normal Troopas, although its Dizzy Shell attack is frankly just not very good. But since the fusion gets two actions, it has twice as many chances to try it, or to inflict damage. The term "Troopa" does not technically appear in the Dark Koopa's name, but it can be inferred by the flying version being called a Dark Paratroopa (since the Paper Mario games mostly avoid the term "Parakoopa"), and at any rate I didn't know what else to call the fusion.
Notes
- ~Gets two actions per turn (one when Slow, three when Fast)
