Information
A Buzzy Beetle fused with an Ember. Buzzies being famously immune to fire, this seemed like an interesting combo. This way, it's immune to fire even if it loses its shell, but it still gets the shell defense as long as it has it. It also floats, burns anyone who touches it, and can spew regular or psychic flames. Plus, the blue shell and the blue fire match.
