Information
A fusion of a Luma, the chubby stars from Super Mario Galaxy, with one of the more generic Stars from Paper Mario. The latter have a unique wish-power system based on Twink's fight against Kammy Koopa, which gets transferred wholesale to the fusion since the Luma doesn't have anything that would negate it. The Luma, however, also contributes some more typical special attacks.
Notes
- ~Flying
- ~When one or more Lumars are present in battle, all non-Star characters present gain an additional turn option called Wish, subdivided into Wish Up and Wish Down. When used, either version targets all Stars and Star fusions on a team (Players, Partners, Enemies, or Others) of the user's choice; Wish Up grants a +1 increase to base Attack Power, Magic Power, Defense Power, and Brain Power that cannot be taken away by Status-removing abilities and only wears off after sleeping for the night, and Wish Down similarly decreases them all by 1 (with each having a minimum of 0), also not wearing off until the next day. There is no upper limit to how high stats can rise from Wish Up, but in the field it can only be used once (per user) in between each battle. Wishing does not cost any VP or activate Burn damage, but the user may hurt themselves in Confusion.
