Information

A Li'l Sparky fused with an Ember. Substantially the same thing as a Big Sparky, just with the differences between the Lava Bubble and the Ember—mainly that the latter knows PK Fire. The ghostly blue fire would probably make a cool visual effect when combined with the electricity, at least.
