Information
A Whacka fused with a Lakitu. I did this entirely for the name pun, as combining a burrowing NPC with a flying enemy doesn't make much sense. If it uses the Whacka's Hide move, then it goes underground with the cloud, temporarily not counting as flying as per the stated interactions of those conditions. Of course, you can also destroy the cloud, leaving it normally grounded. Other than that, it just throws Spinies like a normal Lakitu.
Notes
- ~Flying (though technically due to its vehicle)
- ~Every time it is damaged by blunt force (e.g. hammers, but not psychic attacks or things like explosions), the attacker acquires a Whacka Bump (if it is damaged by the environment, the Bump enters its own inventory)
