Information
The Bug Fables equivalent to a Goomba (both in visual design and role in the game), or maybe a Paragoomba since it's capable of appearing in a flying form. It's some kind of little seed monster with leaves for hair, and the flying version has flower petals above the leaves that spin like a propeller. It's weak to Leif's ice attacks, and Vi's Beemerang will knock it out of the air if it's flying, but other than that it's no more complex than a Goomba. It is a little stronger, though, setting the tone for the Bug Fables enemies in comparison to Paper Mario ones. I've given it a weakness to fire and a resistance to plant for obvious reasons, but ice was the only Element that was particularly usable by the Bug Fables player characters. Apparently Seedlings eat bugs' crops, but are still considered cute.
Notes
- ~Made of Plant
- ~A Seedling may appear in either a walking or a flying form. If a flying Seedling takes damage from an attack, it will fall to the ground and remain there for the rest of the battle, making it equivalent to "Para-" Mario enemies, but in this case we just use the same enemy sheet for both versions. The only other difference is that a flying Seedling will have a +2 Wind modifier, but this changes to -- once it's grounded.
