A Koopa with a blue shell. In Super Mario World, Blue Koopas would kick shells at Mario after being stomped out of their own shells, but since Arpeggio incorporated shells into its armor system, I turned them into psychic users instead, to help demonstrate psychic mechanics. As such, they have less Attack Power but more Brain Power than most Troopa types.
