Information
A Koopatrol that, yes, is darker in coloration, complete with glowing red eyes. They serve as commanders for platoons of regular Koopatrols. While only somewhat stronger in most respects, they have a lot more HP—in PM2, this was ultimately performative, as they could just as easily be flipped, letting you whittle them down with no resistance. This may or may not be true in Arpeggio depending on if and how you apply flipping mechanics.
