Information
Hyperactive, green Goombas that can charge up their attack power to ridiculous levels. When not charged, though, they still only do 1 damage. In Paper Mario 2, this was increased to 2 base damage, dropping their charge amount to 6, but I like the idea that the charge value is equal to their max HP—and the humor of them only doing 1 when uncharged.
