Information
A Shy Guy wearing camouflage gear. They tend to carry kooky weapons—notably the namesake Spy Guy Hammer, which disables your methods of attack. In the field, they can disguise themselves as bushes much in the manner of Clefts and rocks (an ability moreso inspired by a different kind of Shy Guy with an only-slightly-similar flower hat from Yoshi's Island). Spy Guys only appeared in the original Paper Mario, and there they would swap their equipped weapon between the Slingshot and the Spy Guy Hammer whenever they were attacked, giving the player a degree of control over which weapon they would use; I've just let them use Arpeggio's normal weapon system here.
