Information
A sunflower-like sentient plant native to the Land of the Cragnons. Under King Croacus IV, they kidnapped many of the Cragnons and implanted mind control sprouts in their heads, but this was all the result of the Cragnons polluting the Floro Sapiens' water supply. The petals of a Floro Sapien may be yellow, red, or purple, but they all have the same stats. They throw their heads to attack, and the body can still function without the head. Despite being plants, they live underground in the Floro Caverns.
Notes
- ~Made of Plant
- ~In proper scientific nomenclature, "sapien" is not a thing; "sapiens" is used for both singular and plural. The term for humans should be rendered as Homo sapiens, italicized and with the H capitalized but not the S, and may be abbreviated as H. sapiens (e.g., "H. sapiens is a species known for its linguistic pedantry"); it is this construction that gave us T. rex, which is commonly rendered colloquially as "t-rex." If there were any subspecies of modern humans, they would be contrasted with Homo sapiens sapiens as Homo sapiens [something else], but no such subspecies exist. With all this in mind, it is perfectly valid to point out that Floro Sapiens hail from an alternate dimension to a fictional world centered around a plumber who jumps several times his height with ease, so it should not be expected that they would follow the same naming patterns.
