Information
Basically a snake made of unfilled green squares. The head has some... stuff in it to differentiate it from the other segments. In Super Paper Mario, the trick was to jump on the head, as jumping on a rear segment will not deal damage, instead causing it to lose a segment, until eventually only the head was left. That whole system is pretty much meaningless in Arpeggio, where targeting a specific body part merely requires specifying this to the Maestro rather than gaming skill.
Notes
- ~Attacks may technically be targeted at any of the eight squares making up its body, but the Hooligon will receive no effects of attacks targeting any square but the head; instead, a would-be damaging attack will cause one of the squares to fall off, reducing the number of possible targetable parts until only the head remains
