Information
A Boom Boom fused with a Chargin' Chuck. Both are bulky Koopas with high HP, and with their abilities combined, they become even more threatening. It's probably worst if they get hold of a good weapon, as their Attack of 11 will get multiplied.
Notes
- Any time that Boomin' Buck takes damage from an attack, he automatically, regardless of turn order and without using up an action, extends his spikes and subsequently counts as Spiky for the remainder of that Phase of the turn, having the same effect as his Spike Spike special attack. When Buck's HP falls to half of its maximum or below, he sprouts wings and becomes a flying character, increasing his Platform stat to 16 and changing his Elemental Modifier for Wind to +2. If he's healed to over half HP, the wings retract and he counts as grounded again. While he's flying, if he extends his spikes either in response to attack or with his Spike Spike move, he falls to the ground for the duration of being Spiky, but returns to the air once the Spikiness is over.
