Information

A Dark Paratroopa fused with a Dark Koopatrol, so a winged version of the Dark Purple Koopatrol. As per usual with the Dark Paratroopa, its Dizzy Shell is 100% accurate while it still has its wings, but drops to 50% after it's grounded. But either way, it can still use all the Dark Koopatrol's attacks.
