Information
A fusion of a Dark Paratroopa and a Speedy Spiked Parabuzzy. While it still has its wings, the Dark Paratroopa's Dizzy Shell is 100% accurate, but if it's knocked from the air, that accuracy drops to 50%, although it technically gains the ability to drop itself from the air via the Speedy Spike Top's Drop Attack, even though that's supposed to be more of an opener rather than something it can climb back up and repeat, hence the 0 VP cost. Erm, anyway, whether earthbound or winged, the fusion gets two actions per turn.
