Information
A Thwomp fused with a Dark Bristle, so basically a stronger version of the regular Thwistle. The Thwomp's Defense was already prohibitively high, so this mainly matters for its Attack and Weight. Either way, it's a bit tricky to take out.
Notes
- Like unfused Thwomps, Dark Thwistles alternate between being on the ground and in the air, counting as flying during the latter. In either state, they also have the Dark Bristle's extra-potent version of Spikiness, which affects armed melee attackers as well as unarmed ones, dealing damage and preventing the incoming attack. If a Dark Thwistle is currently Asleep, Paralyzed, Frozen, Time Frozen, or Stone, it both falls to the ground for the duration and only counts as normally Spiky, allowing armed melee attacks to get through.
