Information

A fusion of all three Blooper bosses from the first Paper Mario: Blooper (which I've called Big Blooper for specification), Electro Blooper, and Super Blooper. It's got a ton of HP, can electrify itself, spit out babies, and do big hits of 12 to 24 damage. Pretty tough.
