Default Magic Spell Attack-Granting Badges
Obviously, these are just the default magical spells in badge form. Being default, I figured I should provide this option. In badge form, wearing multiple copies of the same badge replaces the need to learn lower-leveled versions of the same spell, and the multitarget versions are completely separate. There's also the Summon badge, which is in the Fire Emblem section due to not being a default spell, but it's still a magical attack. Note that default spells not otherwise known can also be cast with the use of a Spell Card.
