A highly speculative sheet for Watt at Ultra Rank. I gave her 25 HP to differentiate her from the other partners, because she's a child, and because she doesn't need it as much since she now shocks anyone who uses melee attacks on her thanks to being Made of Thunder. However, since every single one of her attacks is Thunder-type, she can't do anything to someone who's immune to it.
