Information
A fusion of the respective magical and psychic masters of Bowser's army, a Magikoopa and a PSI Guy. The combination is fierce and versatile, but the psychic attacks benefit more greatly than the spells do, feeding off of a Brain Power of 8. The fusion also ends up with three Elemental immunities and a resistance to everything else. I'd probably not let it pick up a Red I, though.
